Organizer Access Control
Overview
With the Organizer access control feature, permissions can now added to Organizer groups which will allow you to define which user groups can see or edit individual Organizer groups.
The new access control permissions model replaces the previous model where all users were able to see all organizer groups and the right to edit was based on the company association.
Access control settings are applied to Connect User Groups. Please note, defining the project groups can only be done by a Project Admin.
Who can define access control
Project Admins can define access control for all Organizer groups.
The creator of the Organizer group can manage access control for the groups they created.
You can choose from three different access levels
Edit access
Read only access
No access
Learn more about these levels in Defining Access Control.
