Creating Actions

To create a new action Trimble Connect for Browser's 3D Viewer

1. Open your project in Trimble Connect for Browser's 3D Viewer.

2. Load your model.

3. Open the Status Sharing Panel.

4. Turn the Status Sharing on by toggling the switch.

5. The model color will change to gray and the panel will now allow you to create new actions.

6. From the Overflow Menu, select Add action.

   1. 1. Name the action.

      2. Select which action values you want to use.

      3. Select if you want the action to be private or public.

7. Click Save.

To create actions in Trimble Connect for Windows

1. Open a model in Trimble Connect for Windows.

2. Open the Status Sharing tool.

3. The Status Sharing tool can now be used with Trimble Connect for Windows.

4. To create actions, click No available actions - create the first one.

Or

5. If an action has already been created, you can create more by opening the Action dropdown menu and selecting Create new status action.

6. Add the needed information

   1. 1. Name the action.

      2. Select which action values you want to use.

      3. Select if you want the action to be private or public.

7. Click Save.
