Managing Organizer Groups

Edit Organizer Groups

Editing Organizer groups is as easy as it was to create the group manually.

To edit the name

  1. Load a model in Trimble Connect for Browser's 3D Viewer.

  2. Open the Organizer Panel.

  3. Select the desired Organizer group or subgroup.

  4. Click on the pencil icon of the group or any subgroup to edit the name.

  5. Hit the enter key to submit changes

To add more subgroups

  1. Load a model in Trimble Connect for Browser's 3D Viewer.

  2. Open the Organizer Panel.

  3. Select the desired Organizer group or subgroup.

  4. Click the Add subgroup.

To add more linked objects

  1. Load a model in Trimble Connect for Browser's 3D Viewer.

  2. Open the Organizer Panel.

  3. Select some object in 3D.

  4. Click the Link objects button to add the objects to the subgroup.

To remove linked objects

  1. Load a model in Trimble Connect for Browser's 3D Viewer.

  2. Open the Organizer Panel.

  3. Select some object in 3D.

  4. Click the Link objects button to add the objects to the subgroup.

To remove linked objects

  1. Load a model in Trimble Connect for Browser's 3D Viewer.

  2. Open the Organizer Panel.

  3. Select some object in 3D.

  4. Hover over the desired subgroup.

  5. Click the Unlink objects button to remove the objects from the subgroup.

To delete Organizer subgroups

CAUTION: This cannot be undone.

  1. Load a model in Trimble Connect for Browser's 3D Viewer.

  2. Open the Organizer Panel.

  3. Select the desired Organizer group.

  4. Select subgroup you want to delete.

  5. Click the Delete button.

  6. A confirmation dialog will be displayed.

  7. Click Delete.

Delete Organizer Groups

CAUTION: This cannot be undone.

To delete Organizer groups

  1. Load a model in Trimble Connect for Browser's 3D Viewer.

  2. Open the Organizer Panel.

  3. Select the desired Organizer group.

  4. Click the Delete button.

  5. A confirmation dialog will be displayed.

  6. Click Delete.
